1. I can’t remember my password or want to change it, how can I reset it?

Answer: Click on the “can't remember my password” link on the Log In page.

2. If I sign up, is there a guarantee I will get sponsorship offers?

Answer: Everyone has an equal chance of acquiring sponsorship, however it is NOT guaranteed. We encourage all of our members to utilize the site to network as much as possible.  Please see our Marketing Tips page for tips on how to better market and promote yourself on SponsorEdge.com.

3. Can I search the site to see which companies have signed up without being a member?

Answer: In order to search the system for potential sponsors, or to network with other members you need to be a registered member.

4. Is my entire profile viewable by other members?

Answer: Your profile will be viewable in a shortened 'view only' format to registered members. However, the member must request to be connected with you and you must accept them as a match for them to view your complete profile.

5. How will I know if a Sponsor is interested in me?

Answer: Log onto your account, you will find your notifications/messages listed from any members in your account message center. Message notifications are also sent to the email address you have registered with your account.

6. I want to sponsor a member, how do I make contact to start negotiations?

Answer: Request a connection to them on their profile page, if they accept you, you may begin correspondence through your profiles and your message center.

7.Can I upload video, photos or documents?

Answer: Yes, the site does allow you to upload photos, video  and documents up to 3MB and is available on your profile page edit settings.

8. I am having trouble loading my video or photos, what do I do?

Answer: We only accept JPEG, GIF, PDF, and  windows media formats, so double check the format.  The file may be too large, try sizing down the photo to no larger than 800 x 600 pixels and no larger than 5MB for videos and documents.

9. I am having trouble registering, who do I contact?

10. The membership form is asking me for a Promotional VIP Code, what do I do if I don’t have one?

Answer: Leave it blank and continue on.

11. I want to send a check in the mail instead of using paypal©, where would I send it?

Answer:

Note: We accept cashier's checks and money orders. Please provide us with full contact information, including your email address. We will then issue you a code. The code will be emailed to you, once you receive the code you will need to fill out a membership form and insert the code for your membership to be activated.

13. Do I get a refund if I don’t acquire sponsorship?

Answer: No, the services on this site include networking opportunities, newsletters and other services as well as sponsorship opportunities.  However, as stated earlier, sponsorship is not guaranteed. Please see our terms of service agreement, item #5. 

14. I want to cancel my membership, and get a refund how do I do that?

Answer: All memberships are active for up to one year, and can be canceled through deleting your account. Membership fees are non-refundable. Please see our  terms of service agreement, item #5.

15. I made a mistake in my membership form, how do I change it?

Answer: Log into your active account, it will take you to your profile and you can edit any changes there.

16. If I fit more than one type of category for membership, (IE: Team or Competitor) which membership should I sign up for?

Answer: You should sign up for whichever membership best suits your needs, and you may also sign up for more than one membership, but separate fees apply.

17. Why can't I design my own profile with html and add graphics and backgrounds?

Answer: The premise of SponsorEdge.com is for all of our members to be on a fair and even playing field when presenting their information to prospective sponsors. You cannot change the layout or the design of the profile page, but you can upload photos, sponsorship proposals, flyers, videos and link to your own webpage.

18. How do I get chosen as a "Featured Member" on the SponsorEdge.com home page?

Answer: Featured members are chosen randomly on a monthly basis, and featured for a full month on our home page and in our monthly email newsletter. You will be notified if you have been selected to be featured.
